I never had Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots growing up (I'm not sure I've ever even played it - if I have, it was as a grown up, in a bar), but I always wanted it. But if I can't have it, this shirt is the next best thing. It has a nice, soft feel to it, and you can see how the colors just pop.

We Love Fine



Another fine creation from We Love Fine. I ran across this shirt at WLF's booth at NYCC last year, and absolutely HAD to have it, not only because it's an awesome Star Wars shirt (and we know that's usually all it takes), but also because back in high school I had a "Revolver" shirt that I wore CONSTANTLY. Seriously, CONSTANTLY. Our family didn't really have a wardrobe budget as such growing up - every year, at around back-to-school time, I'd get maybe two new shirts plus whatever old stuff didn't fit my brothers anymore, and that was pretty much it. For the year. So whatever I had, whether I liked it or not, I'd wear it two, three times a week. But I seriously LOVED my "Revolver" shirt. I would wear it every day if I could.

That shirt almost certainly no longer exists, as I probably wore it to beyond the point of usefulness as even a car windshield-drying rag. Anyway, getting this shirt gave my life a weird, full-circle-type feeling. And yeah, I know it's just a shirt. But it's a cool shirt. And I don't even really like white shirts.

A fun shirt to wear while cooking or at a dinner party, but only if you cooked; otherwise, this will just make you lame.

You probably shouldn't wear this on a plane, because people get weird about that sort of thing.




Seriously, the level of detail on this shirt is frighteningly good.

Modern Love 2.

I'm just noticing that the green-on-blue color scheme is somewhat similar to the Subway Cars shirt. I wonder if he likes the color scheme, or maybe he just used the same designer.

I love the '50s-looking graphics and signs. I've always had a weird affection for "wacky" '50s design. Just something about all the boomerangs and asterisks and things - it just feels "home" to me. Or maybe it just reminds me of The Jetsons.
